Justin Bieber has been confirmed as one of the performers at the 2026 Grammy Awards, marking another high-profile appearance in his long Grammy journey.
The Canadian pop star has received four nominations this year, including Album of the Year for Swag. This is his third time being nominated in the top album category, highlighting his continued relevance more than a decade into his career.
Bieber is also nominated for:
- Best Pop Solo Performance for Daisies
- Best R&B Performance for Yukon
- Best Pop Vocal Album for Swag
Few Wins Despite Many Nominations
Since 2011, Bieber has earned 27 Grammy nominations, but has won only two awards so far. Interestingly, neither win came from the pop categories where he is best known.
His Grammy wins include:
- Best Dance Recording (2016) for Where Are Ü Now with Skrillex and Diplo
- Best Country Duo/Group Performance (2021) for 10,000 Hours with Dan + Shay
This year’s nominations give him another chance to finally secure a major pop Grammy.
Strong Year for Bieber in Canada Too
Bieber is also making waves at home. On Tuesday, he was announced as a co-leader of the 2026 Juno Awards nominations, tying with fellow Canadian artist Tate McRae. Both musicians earned six nominations each, the highest of their careers so far.
More Performers Confirmed
The Grammys have already revealed several performers ahead of the ceremony:
- Sabrina Carpenter was the first act announced
- All eight Best New Artist nominees will perform
- Clipse and Pharrell Williams, who share three nominations, are also set to take the stage
When to Watch
The 68th Grammy Awards will air live on Sunday, February 1, 2026.
Comedian Trevor Noah will host the ceremony for the sixth and final consecutive time, making him the longest-running Grammy host since singer Andy Williams, who led the show in the 1970s.
With Bieber performing and competing in several categories, the 2026 Grammys are shaping up to be one of the most closely watched editions in recent years.
