Boda Boda Operator in Busia Commits Suicide After Fight With Friend

A 21-year-old man from Bulemia village in Bunyala West, Budalang’i Constituency, Busia County, has tragically died by suicide.

The deceased, identified as Wilberforce Kadima, was a boda boda operator in the area. According to Bunyala OCPD Isaiah Mose, Kadima had an altercation with a colleague, which reportedly escalated into a physical confrontation.

“The deceased was involved in a disagreement with a colleague, which later turned into a fight. The incident is currently under investigation to establish what led him to take such a drastic step,” OCPD Mose stated.

Kadima’s body was found hanging from a rope, and authorities have since moved it to the Port Victoria Mortuary as investigations continue.
